I returned to doing what I love the most, "Selling Real Estate" in Florida in July 2012. Previously, I sold real estate in Virginia in the late 1980s and 1990s. During that time, I was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 1995 and qualified to be a member of the Northern Virginia Multi-Million Dollar Club (1995-99). I also continued my real estate training to earn a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.
As your agent with local expertise, I bring a wealth of knowledge about buying and selling real estate. In addition to providing you up-to-date information, I also have the negotiating skills and experience to guide you through the entire buying, selling or renting process, to include: explaining the process, terms and conditions, knowing trustworthy local vendors, home inspectors, mortgage banks or credit unions, and property management experts, title and utility companies, etc. In buying and selling a home, the initial steps are linear but beyond that point until closing, the process becomes multidimensional. To do my job correctly, I smooth out the bumps along the way. In addition, I match real estate rebate programs offered by buyers’ and sellers' preferred lenders. Finally, I am not limited to helping you in Tampa. With 100,000 KW agents and 33,000 CRS agents, I can assist by referring an agent to sell and/or buy a home across the US, Canada, Germany and the UK.

Most people do their initial searching of a home on the Internet. So besides getting you physically into a home, why do you need a real estate agent to buy a home? The looking, finding, and writing a contract for an existing or new home is only the beginning of the buying process. I can lend assistance through from start (looking) to finish (closing).

When it's time to move, you need me to guide the process from start to close, to include: advertising your home to the public and other REALTORs®, showing to prospective buyers, negotiating the purchase contract, overseeing inspections, handling all necessary paperwork and supervising the closing.

To get top dollar and a quick sale, sellers need to make their home attractive to prospective buyers, who can "visualize themselves living in your home." Up front initial preparations such as: decluttering, depersonalizing (limiting family pictures), staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls, will definitely yield positive results to sell the home.
